Timeline for bringing singers to the Diocesan Children’s Choir Festival:

 

Now:  Read this flyer to determine your interest level as a director.  If interested, send an e-mail to Angi at choirbak@gmail.com.  She will keep you informed about deadlines, etc.  Also read this Director Information Page to see what is involved.

 

Very soon:  Use the flyer to start building excitement among your singers and parents for March 2.  Estimate the number of copies you will need, and order your sheet music (see page 3 of flyer).

 

In early January:  Give your singers/parents the Parent Information Page and the Singer Registration/Medical Release.  Ask families to return one form per singer, with the $15 fee, to you by January 22.  Mail these forms and fees, along with your Director Participation Form, by January 29. Once we receive your forms, you will receive an email that you are all set, and we’ll see you on March 2!  The Registration Instructions page can answer your questions on how to register.
